Wachovia accused of aiding telemarketing fraud (Reuters)

Reuters - Wachovia Corp , the
fourth-largest U.S. bank, is fighting a lawsuit accusing it of
letting fraudulent telemarketers use its accounts to bilk
millions of dollars from the bank's customers, court papers
show.
